First thing to do is complete a DSS Submission Pack

You can use this form to send in submission regarding a suggestion for an event, production, audition, etc. that you want to have considered by the Society for inclusion in it’s programme of events.

Submission Title

Please keep this short – two or three words is preferred. Think of how newspaper headlines are written!!

Brief Synopsis

Give a brief overview of the submission

Preferred date to stage

When do you want to stage. If a date is not selectable it means that there is something else planned for that date.

Type of event

The event you are submitting may fall into a number of categories – please tick all that apply.

Detailed submission

Create a document which lays out not only the detailed script (if present) but also the rational behind the event.

The benefits to the Society.

The more information supplied the easier it will be to assess the submission.

Save your completed pack with filename “DSS Submission -YOUR NAME” as a pdf file and upload it on this form.

Files should be smaller than 2MB in size and in pdf format

What happens after submission?

When a submission is received it will be reviewed by both the Main Committee of the Society and the subsidiary Artistic Committee.

A response will be communicated following this review.
