Auditions~ Comedy of Errors. This comedy is one of Shakespeare’s earlier works.
A farcical romp, its humour is based largely on cases of mistaken identity and the resulting confusion which follows.
An ensemble piece, its main characters are a set of twins, both named Antipholus and their servants, both named Dromio, also twins.
Many years previously, Egeon and his wife Adriana were travelling by boat, when they became separated from each other during a storm. The play sees Egeon in search of his long-lost family.
