DESCRIPTION:The Oscar Wilde short story\, \nLord Arthur Savile’s Crime\, \n \nis being adapted for performance in the Teachers Club\, by George Carroll and it is planned to present the performance \nTuesday May 26th to Saturday 30th \nThe next Audition/ Workshop is on Saturday 7th March 2026. \nThis production requires a cast of 10 to 12 actors for this adaptation of Lord Arthur Saville’s Crime. \nCast requirements: \nA lead male playing age 20 up to 30’s\nLady Windemere 30’s upwards\nLady Clementine 40’s upwards\n8 – 10 actors that play multiple characters and are on stage as Narrators for most of the performance. \n\nBooking for this audition/ workshop is essential. \nIf you haven’t already expressed a commitment and are ready for this production please email the director George Carroll at \ngcarroll_gc@hotmail.com  \nby Thursday 5th March to secure your place on the 7th.  \n  \nDetails for the final Workshop are as follows \nWhen: Next Audition/Workshop  Saturday 7th March\nStart: @ 1pm\nFinish: @ 5:30pm\nLocation: Teachers Club\, 36 Parnell Sq W. \n  \nLooking forward to seeing you on the 7th!

An impoverished gin owner\, Jake\, burns down a rival mill and then places his childlike\, vulnerable wife\, Flora\, in the path of the rival’s representative\, Silva\, as he seeks to secure a cotton contract.
